REFUND POLICY

Quality Guarantee

We carefully inspect every item before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards. Due to the perishable nature of our pralines and confections, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our quality 100%.

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us at Southernfixingspralines@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and respond promptly with a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Limitations and Liability

Southern Fixings is not responsible for:

  • Packages returned as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery
  • Damage caused by weather or environmental conditions after delivery
  • Shipping delays due to weather, carrier strikes, mechanical failures, or other circumstances beyond our control

P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Shipping to P.O. boxes and parcel lockers is available; however, our pralines are highly perishable. We are not liable for any damage, melting, or quality issues resulting from delayed retrieval or storage conditions at these facilities. We strongly recommend using a street address where someone can receive the package directly for optimal product quality.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at Southernfixingspralines@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

Reshipment

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable and needs to be reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply before we can send it out again.
